The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sourcer) will be responsible for making outbound calls and emails to passive candidates, screening them for potential job opportunities, and scheduling them with the appropriate Recruiter while providing ongoing customer service to ensure a successful interview process. 

Main Tasks include: 

  1. Sourcing (Lead Generation) 
  2. Screening (Interviewing) 
  3. Scheduling (Appointment Setting)

“MustHave” Qualifications/Requirements:  

  • Excellent English Communication skills  
  • With at least 6 months of Outbound Sales/Telemarketing/Cold Calling/Lead Generation experience working for a US based client in a BPO setting  
  • With at least 6 months working US shift (graveyard shift)  
  • Must be willing to work onsite once local government restrictions are lifted  
  • Must be a resident of Cebu
