As a Business Development Manager/Account Executive you will be responsible for developing new leads, closing new accounts and providing ongoing customer service to ensure a successful sales process. You should have a demonstrated track record in closing sales and meeting company performance standards.

BDM/Account Executive Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain a database of qualified prospective clients
  • Make high volume outbound calls that move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Conduct thorough discovery meetings and identify sales opportunities
  • Provide detailed staffing solutions customized for individual clients needs
  • Create and deliver sales presentations, negotiate pricing and establish terms of service
  • Achieve weekly metrics and KPIs
  • Consistently close and achieve monthly sales targets

BDM/Account Executive Requirements:

  • Proven 2-year track record in B2B Sales in the Staffing Industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management
  • Ability to work independently while still collaborating as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task changing priorities
  • Exceptional customer service skills that develop clients for life
